We have an App just for you, through this we can communicate with your, send you your video exercises, monitor your progress, discuss your nutrition and help you every step of the way.  We ask you to pop into see us once per week for a weekly weigh-in and measurements (or if you live too far away for this – submit your weight to us weekly).  – perfect for those of you who would rather exercise in your own time/home.

Your Exercises.  You have a library of 15 minute workouts for all levels, we ask that you follow the workout video in real time and click to confirm when it’s completed, this instantly registers with us as completed.  Obviously if you go more than a few days without registering a session we politely get in touch.

Nutrition.  We offer advice and menu plans and whilst we don’t advocate a diet we do encourage sensible, healthy and varied eating.  You also have the option to log your nutrition for feedback.

Your Personal Trainers.  Keith and Charlann have over 40 years of experience between them and are available through instant messaging, calls and meetings and the great thing is that every time you log your exercise – they can see it instantly.  Unfortunately they can see it instantly when you don’t log any exercise.

Payment.  The total cost is £5 per week.  No joining fee, no minimum contract – just pay per week.
