Our Trainers are very qualified and knowledgeable and have years of experience in this field and our relaxed and friendly studio makes that first step as comfortable as possible. We offer PT on a 1 to 1 basis, or within a small group.

See out Team Profiles. the relationship between Trainer and client is very important, prior to any Personal Training sessions we arrange for a short no-commitment/payment meeting with your Personal Trainer to discuss all of our options – please call for more details.

One to One Sessions

(60 mins) – 35 (or 10 for 300)

Whether its weekly, bi-weekly or as a one off our Personal Trainers will incorporate home exercises, nutrition plans combined with your motivational training session to ensure you achieve those goals you have always strived for.

Cadillac Pilates One to One Sessions

(60 mins) – 40

The Pilates Cadillac is a specialized machine that allows for all kinds of focused exercises – particularly good for rehabilitation, sports specific training or for someone looking to focus specifically on the benefits of Pilates.
